If you’re ready to heal,you will heal.

It’s that simple. Sometimes the hardest part is letting go of the pain, anxiety, depression, grief, anger or trauma that we unconsciously get stuck in. We start to identify with these emotions and get caught in a vicious story that plays out. But once we’re aware and decide we no longer want to suffer, we become ready for change and healing. We remember who we are. 

What you put into your healing journey, you will get out of it. Healing is a journey to freedom. You don’t have to be a slave to your stuck emotions any longer. 

Your wound probably isn’t your fault, but your healing is your responsibility.
