If you’re ready to heal, you will heal.
It’s that simple. Sometimes the hardest part is letting go of pain, anxiety, depression, grief, sadness, anger, trauma etc., is that we unconsciously get stuck in it. We start to identify with these emotions and get caught in a vicious story which can manifest into different areas in our lives. But once we’re aware of the stuck cycle we’re in, and decide we no longer want to suffer, we become ready for change and healing. We remember who we are.
